Disney Parks Blog announced that there are 2 new base colored Magic Bands offered at Walt Disney World. When Magic Band 2 first launched, the base band colors included red, blue, orange, green, yellow, gray and pink. Purple was added to the family last year and now it looks like we may have 2 more colors joining soon. Black and teal have been introduced as base colors for a couple new limited edition bands, so we can only hope that these will also be available in the color selections on My Disney Experience soon, too. Here is a sneak peek at what we know about these new bands.

One of the new black base Magic Bands is for Star Wars 40th Anniversary. This will be on sale starting for the limited party event at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Galactic Nights. The band will cost $27.99.
The Grumpy Magic Band will be on sale for $22.99.
Then the teal Magic Band will feature a Frozen themed band. The band will sell for $22.99.
All of these new bands will only be available at Walt Disney World. The Magic Bands make amazing souvenirs to commemorate your trip and you can reuse them trip after trip. We hope that these additional colors are a sign that there will be even more colors to come in the near future!
