Walt Disney World Releases Details for Dining Locations at Caribbean Beach

We are so excited to learn more info about the dining locations that are coming to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.  This resort is a moderate level resort within the Walt Disney World Resort family.  There were updates released today from Disney Parks Blog about two dining locations at the resort.  When the reimagining of Old Port Royale is complete, the former Shutters table-service restaurant is expected to open in an all new location with a brand new name, Sebastian’s Bistro.

Sebastian’s Bistro

Sebastian’s Bistro will be located along the Old Port Royale waterfront so that guests can experience amazing views while they enjoy the Latin and Caribbean flavors of the restaurant.  It will be a casual, family-friendly environment with the perfect tropical feel.

The abstract art from the concept photo is amazing and even features Sebastian and his friends. The restaurant definitely seems to perfectly capture the Caribbean feel.

There have also been new details released about the changes coming to the quick-service dining location, Centertown Market.

The location will be expanded and updated to have more of a street market type of feel.  You can check out the concept art below.

There theme looks to be a lot of fun and will offer a great option to grab a quick meal with unique seating areas.  There will also be a Grab n’ Go market for coffee, quick bites and more.

We will update as we learn more about menus, opening dates and other key info about these new locations.

Who else is as excited to check this out as we are?

About Christy Caby

I am a diehard Disney fanatic! I fell in love with all things Disney from an early age and that only increased once I first visited Walt Disney World! It led me to complete a yearlong Disney College Program working at merchandise locations within Disney’s Hollywood Studios (Disney-MGM Studios at that time) and I worked for Disney Parks & Resorts Technology in Project/Program Management. Now I get to write about Disney and help others plan their magical vacations! Disney holds a special place in the hearts of my entire family as my husband proposed there, we honeymooned there, took trips while pregnant with each of my boys and have visited with them many, many times from 8 weeks old through now. One of my favorite memories from each trip is always the look on my kids’ faces the first time they see the castle. I’d love to help you plan your magical vacation!
