Walt Disney World Showing Sneak Peek of Incredibles 2

We announced previously that Incredibles 2 would be opening in theaters this summer and that tickets are already on sale!  We are now excited to learn that a sneak peek of the new film will be shown at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World (there will also be a showing at Disney California Adventure, too).  The special sneak peek will include a look at the first 10 minutes of the much anticipated movie. The sneak peek is being shown at the Walt Disney Presents theater within Disney’s Hollywood Studios.  It began at the park on May 18th for guests to stop by and enjoy.  It may not be enough to tide us all over, but we will still take it!

Here is a special message from Samuel L. Jackson (Frozone):

Here is what Disney Parks Blog had to say about the synopsis for the film: In “Incredibles 2,” Helen (voice of Holly Hunter) is called on to lead a campaign to bring Supers back, while Bob (voice of Craig T. Nelson) navigates the day-to-day heroics of “normal” life at home with Violet (voice of Sarah Vowell), Dash (voice of Huck Milner) and baby Jack-Jack—whose super powers are about to be discovered. Their mission is derailed, however, when a new villain emerges with a brilliant and dangerous plot that threatens everything. But the Parrs don’t shy away from a challenge, especially with Frozone (voice of Samuel L. Jackson) by their side. That’s what makes this family so Incredible.

For guests that will be visiting Walt Disney World this summer, Incredible Summer will be kicking off on May 25th with a variety of new offerings and fun all throughout the major theme parks.  One of the exciting components of Incredible Summer will be the first appearance ever by Edna Mode on the Rocket Tower Stage in Tomorrowland.

Here is a look at the official trailer for Incredibles 2, coming to theaters on June 15th:

About Christy Caby

I am a diehard Disney fanatic! I fell in love with all things Disney from an early age and that only increased once I first visited Walt Disney World! It led me to complete a yearlong Disney College Program working at merchandise locations within Disney’s Hollywood Studios (Disney-MGM Studios at that time) and I worked for Disney Parks & Resorts Technology in Project/Program Management. Now I get to write about Disney and help others plan their magical vacations! Disney holds a special place in the hearts of my entire family as my husband proposed there, we honeymooned there, took trips while pregnant with each of my boys and have visited with them many, many times from 8 weeks old through now. One of my favorite memories from each trip is always the look on my kids’ faces the first time they see the castle. I’d love to help you plan your magical vacation!
