Walt Disney World Testing Guest Relations Services in Tomorrowland

Currently Guest Relations staff are testing out providing services from the Tomorrowland Light and Power Co. in Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom.  The current Guest Relations location at the park is only at the front on Main Street, USA and stays quite busy.  Currently cast members are working the location from 10AM to 7PM to assist with dining reservations, tickets, special events and other needs.  This test is will run through the first week of October.  It is unknown if it will continue after that and what the response will be, but we imagine this is to be more convenient for guests that have already started their day and shift some of the traffic off of Main Street, USA.  We’ll keep you posted as we learn more.
