We are so excited to announce that Spyglass Grill has officially opened at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort in Walt Disney World! This quick-service food location will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The cuisine will feature Caribbean flavors with a great selection of menu items that the whole family can enjoy. Spyglass Grill is located close to the pool located in the Trinidad South area of the resort and easily accessible for guests staying at the southern end of Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.

Here is a look at some of the great menu items that the new dining location will offer:

If you visit at breakfast time, you will find items like Cream Cheese and Guava-Stuffed French Toast with strawberry guava syrup, Pineapple-Banana Pancakes or a savory Breakfast Cuban (comes with ham, pulled pork, egg and Swiss cheese). Any of these would definitely be a tasty way to start the day!
Lunch and dinner are also sure to delight. You will find menu items like the Chorizo Burger (comes with provolone, potato straws and crispy pork belly), Chopped Jerk Chicken Salad, Plantain and Yuca Chips and Caribbean tacos (comes with choice of spiced fish, shredded beef, jerk chicken or vegan black beans and will be topped with any combination of pickled veggies, cabbage, cotija cheese, cilantra crema and pico).
There will also be a variety of kid-friendly meals and options as well as desserts. There will also be a variety of different drinks ranging from sodas and juices to themed alcoholic beverages. Specialty cocktails will include Island Margarita, Caribbean Mai Tai or Piña Colada and other choices.
