Walt Disney World’s Disney Quest to Close on July 3rd to Open NBA Experience

It was announced last year that Disney Quest in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World was expected to close in order for Disney to open The NBA Experience at the location. When the announcement was first made, many thought that Disney Quest would close at the end of the year.  When that didn’t happen we all have been waiting for the announcement.  It has now been made official by Disney that Disney Quest will officially close on July 3rd in order to start the renovations for the new experience to open.

The new experience is expected to be a completely immersive basketball experience that included games and activities, a restaurant and a retail store all themed to the NBA.  We don’t have a lot of specifics on the experience, but we know without a doubt that Disney will do an amazing job and work to create something unique and fun for families to enjoy.

Disney Quest will continue full operation up until the closing date, so be sure to head over to Disney Quest to bid farewell and experience some of your favorite games and activities there while you can.
