Walt Disney World’s Epcot to Offer Dapper Day Events on April 30th

We previously reported here that the would be Dapper Day events at Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs.  Now we have learned that Epcot is also getting in on the fun.  Guests are expected to visit Magic Kingdom today, April 29th for the event and Epcot on Sunday, April 30th.  We have the official line-up of special offerings that Epcot will have for guests to enjoy:

  • Specialty Cupcakes:  There will be special Dapper Day themed cupcakes available for purchase at Fountain View in Future World, Kringla Bakeri Og Cafe in Norway, Fife & Drum Tavern in The American Adventure and Pineapple Promenade in the World Showcase Plaza.
  • Swing Dancing:  Guests will be able to swing dance at the Fountain Stage area from 2:35PM to 3:30PM.  Feel free to show off all of your moves or watch the skills that the other guests have.
  • Special Photos:  There will be special PhotoPass photo opportunities at the park, including special postcard photo props.  There will also be black and white photo options to give the photos a more retro feel.

Dapper Day is a fan-organized event and not an official Disney event, but Disney is getting in the spirit of it all with special offerings.  We love all of the added extras that will be at the parks and the retro feel that Dapper Day brings to Walt Disney World.
