Walt Disney World’s Polite Pig Releases New Menu

We absolutely love the amazing food all around Walt Disney World!  The Polite Pig is one of the newer dining locations located within the Disney Springs area of Walt Disney World Resort.  The location offers a more modern take on barbecue that will have guests’ mouth watering with the wood-fired smoked and grilled options that the restaurants boasts.  We are so excited to learn that the location has released a new menu for guests to enjoy, with what looks to be some amazing items.

The new menu will feature 7 new items.  The items include:

  • Entree: Slider Trio:  Southern Pig Sandwich, Barbecue Sausage Hoagie and Smoked and Fried Chicken Sandwich
  • Entree: Butcher Board for Two:  Pork Shoulder, Smoked Chicken and Baby Back Ribs
  • Entree: Roasted Beets:  Includes Smoked Pecan Granola, Goat Cheese, Yogurt and Oranges
  • Dessert: Carrot Cake
  • Dessert: Strawberry Cheesecake
  • Cocktail: Pecan Negroni
  • Cocktail: Bourbon Mule

The owners of the location are James, Julie and Brian Petrakis.  They have an amazing culinary talent, especially when it comes to creating delicious barbecue.  These new menu items are sure to be delicious, and we can’t wait to give them a try.
