One of the most popular experiences in Disney’s Hollywood Studios Galaxy’s Edge is located at Savi’s Workshop. At this workshop, Star Wars fans get to experience building their very own costume lightsaber. Not only do you build a lightsaber, but Cast Members make the experience extra impressive as you’re in a secret workshop and continuing the way of the Force. Well, on your next visit to Savi’s you’ll want to be aware that the price to build a lightsaber has increased.

As noted on the Walt Disney World website, the cost for the Savi’s Workshop experience is now $219.99 per lightsaber, plus tax. When the experience first opened with Galaxy’s Edge, the cost was $199. While yes, it’s never fun to see price increases at Disney, we are honestly surprised the price wasn’t increased well before now with the shop being open since the opening of the land on August 29, 2019. Hopefully this new price will remain for a long time to come!
