Walt Disney World’s Splash Mountain to Receive New Sponsor

Splash Mountain is one of the iconic, popular attractions within the Frontierland area of Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World.  We are hearing from a variety of sources that the attraction will receive a new sponsor sometime in August 2018.  This new sponsor is said to be Ziploc.  As part of the sponsorship, guests who visit the attraction will have access to Ziploc bags.  These bags will great for guests to use to keep their cell phone and other personal items dry while on the attraction since Splash Mountain is a water attraction where guests are very likely to get wet.

We previously announced the Ziploc is also the new sponsor for the Kidcot location within Epcot.  At those locations, guests receive a special Ziploc “suitcase” to collect the stickers and goodies from each of the Kidcot locations around the World Showcase.

It will be interesting to see if any other attractions will add Ziploc as the sponsor.  As always we will keep you posted on the latest news as we learn more!
