Walt Disney World is known for many amazing culinary locations, but Victoria and Albert’s is definitely the best and most elegant of the fine dining experiences that you can have while dining at Walt Disney World.  The restaurant is located in the main building at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.  We are so excited to announce that the restaurant earned 2nd place on Trip Advisor’s top 10 list of fine dining restaurants for the entire United States.  The ranking comes from Trip Advisor’s algorithm that they use to balance the rankings of different reviews, compared to the total number of reviews that have been complete.  The 1st place restaurant was Daniel located in New York City and the 3rd place restaurant was Charleston Grill, located in Charleston, South Carolina.

Here is what TripAdvisor had to say about the fabulous Victoria and Albert’s:

“Executive Chef Scott Hunnel and Chef de Cuisine Aimee Rivera preside over a wonderful world of cuisine featuring ingredients from far and wide in a classic setting.”

If you visit Victoria & Albert’s, you will definitely need to plan ahead to budget in the meal.  You can expect to spend over $100 per person, and closer to $200 per person if you want wine accompaniments with your meal.  You also have to adhere to the dress code in order to dine there.  Men are expected to be in slacks, ties and suit coats while ladies are typically in dresses or slack outfits.  The dress code is strict and it definitely a fancy place to enjoy a meal during your vacation.

Congratulations to the restaurant, chefs and the entire crew!  Who out there has enjoyed a nice meal at Victoria & Albert’s before?

About Christy Caby

I am a diehard Disney fanatic! I fell in love with all things Disney from an early age and that only increased once I first visited Walt Disney World! It led me to complete a yearlong Disney College Program working at merchandise locations within Disney’s Hollywood Studios (Disney-MGM Studios at that time) and I worked for Disney Parks & Resorts Technology in Project/Program Management. Now I get to write about Disney and help others plan their magical vacations! Disney holds a special place in the hearts of my entire family as my husband proposed there, we honeymooned there, took trips while pregnant with each of my boys and have visited with them many, many times from 8 weeks old through now. One of my favorite memories from each trip is always the look on my kids’ faces the first time they see the castle. I’d love to help you plan your magical vacation!
