We previously shared the foodie news that Flavors of Florida has launched at Disney Springs! With enticing treats, snacks, meals, and beverages inspired by Florida, we can’t help but drool over all the goodness. Well, one unique offering is becoming a popular choice at one of Disney Springs most popular restaurants. We previously shared that Gator Bites have landed at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ – but now, Chef Art’s neighbor is serving up a “Lollipop” tree of Frog Legs! We aren’t sure The Princess and The Frog Prince Naveen would approve.
Not to be confused with the delicious Lollipop Tree dessert at The Edison which consists of tasty bite-size cheesecake pops with bubble gum whipped cream, Morimoto Asia is now serving a Florida Frog Leg “Lollipop” Tempura during this special Flavors of Florida event.
As shared via Disney Springs Twitter: “Experience #FlavorsofFL at Master Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s @MorimotoAsiaFLA with their Florida Frog Leg “Lollipop” Tempura tossed with a sweet orange blossom honey glaze paired with Crooked Can Florida Sunshine Lager! #DisneySprings”
So, what do you think? Are you ready to try Frog Legs in lollipop form? We aren’t sure if we can push our love for Prince Naveen aside and try them! We may just stick with the Lollipop Tree dessert at The Edison for now. For all those adventurous Disney foodies, enjoy your Frog Leg Lollipops at Morimoto Asia!
