Disney fans are having mixed reviews about all the guidelines Disney is implementing prior to their phased reopening of parks beginning July 11. Many prefer to reschedule vacations or cancel them all together until Walt Disney World returns to “normal”, or at least until next year. But will 2021 be much of the same?

Just this morning we shared a new feature found under the Admission Calendar for Annual Passholders. On the Walt Disney World’s Admission Calendar, “Select a Pass” for Annual Passholders was added. Within this post we shared the calendar stretches from June 2020 to July 2021.

The new system will require park guests to make a reservation prior to their arrival to a park. The system makes complete sense right now due to capacity restrictions once the parks initially reopens. But, will the reservations system be needed through 2021?

Of course, this is all speculation right now. Another hit to 2021 came the other day when the Walt Disney Travel Company shared they will no longer be offering air travel packages beginning in 2021.
