Wine Bar George Opening Set for Walt Disney World

We are excited to learn that the wait is over for when we will get to experience Wine Bar George at Walt Disney World.  This new location is set to open in The Landing area of Disney Springs for the first time on May 19th, 2018.  The doors will open at 5 PM for the first glass of wine to be poured.  On May 20th, the location will open at 11 AM and will have daily service hours of 11 AM through 2 AM.  We are excited for this amazing to finally open!

Wine Bar George Owner George Miliotes

The restaurant is named after George Miliotes, Master Sommerlier.  He is one of only 249 Sommeliers in the entire world.  Wine Bar George will also be the only wine bar in Florida owned by a Master Sommelier.  It will offer over 130 wine selections.

The Big Board at Wine Bar George at Disney Springs

The wine bar will seat around 200 guests.  There will be indoor and outdoor seating options.  The outdoor seating options will include the waterfront for great views.  Walk-ins are welcome at Wine Bar George, but reservations will also be available.  Reservations will open up on May 25th, 2018 for bookings starting on June 25th, 2018.
