Wine Country Brunch Coming to Walt Disney World’s Wine Bar George

We love special dining events at Walt Disney World, plus who doesn’t love a delicious brunch, right?  We have learned that Wine Bar George in Disney Springs began offering a brunch service on March 30th, 2019.  The new brunch service is expected to be offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 AM through 3 PM.  This is an ala carte brunch that features a variety of breakfast items and other great offerings.  It is definitely recommended to make reservations in advance to ensure that you get a spot and decrease your wait time.  We have a look at the menu and pricing below for you:

Appetizers:

  • Artisanal Cheese Board: Four artisanal cheeses, honeycomb, and grilled bread ($26.00)
  • Burrata: Avocado, bacon, and ciabatta ($22.00)
  • Charcuterie Board: Four artisanal meats, chutney, and grain mustard ($25.00)
  • Crispy Mac & Cheese Bites: Includes tomato nage and pecorino ($12.00)
  • Grilled Romaine: Comes with Anna’s dressing and a pecorino wafer ($12.00)
  • Hummus: Served with cucumber, olive oil, naan bread and chipotle ($10.00)
  • Jicama-Kohlrabi Salad: With mint vinaigrette and pickled jalapeño ($9.00)
  • Kendall Brook Smoked Salmon: With a ciabatta crisp, crème fraîche, and fried capers ($16.00)
  • Spiced Olives: With lemon and chili peppers ($8.00)
  • The Big Board: Chef’s selection of six artisanal cheeses and five crafted meats with condiments ($59.00)

  • Eggs Benedict: With house-made chicken sausage, hollandaise, and crispy polenta cake  ($22.00)
  • French Toast: Brioche, mascarpone, and caramel sauce ($17.00)
  • Sausage Gravy & Biscuits: House-made biscuits and bacon ($17.00)
  • Steak & Eggs Frites: Skirt steak, eggs, sriracha hollandaise ($25.00)
  • Wine Country Omelet: Artichoke, asparagus, olive and tomato medley ($16.00)
