One of the most popular areas for guests to enjoy in Walt Disney World is not located inside one of the four Disney Parks, but rather located just steps away from the back of another popular area. Guests who exit Epcot through World Gateway situated between the France and UK Pavilions in World Showcase can enjoy a leisurely stroll or quick boat ride over to Crescent Lake. This beautiful area is home to several Disney Resorts including Disney’s Boardwalk Resort, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, and Disney’s Beach Club Resort. The beautiful boardwalk that winds its way around the entire shore of Crescent Lake is also home to some of the most amazing locations for guests to enjoy meals, snacks, and drinks, and it is no surprise that many guests love to pay a special visit to the area to indulge. Here are ten favorite tastes for guests to enjoy while spending time around Crescent Lake!

1. 8-oz Black Angus Filet Mignon – Yachtsman Steakhouse

Disney’s Yacht Club Resort brings nautical elegance and charm to life through subtle details, rich colors, and stunning views of Crescent Lake. Situated inside of the Disney Resort is a popular full service dining location that is indulgent and open daily for dinner only. Yachtsman Steakhouse serves up steak and seafood classics in an elegant setting filled with New England charm. Guests who eat at the location are sure to love the 8-oz Black Angus Filet Mignon which is perfectly paired with a cabernet wine sauce making it a truly unforgettable meal.

2. Admiral’s Tower for Two – Yachtsman Steakhouse

Guests who enjoy dinner at Yachtsman Steakhouse and are looking for a more seafood-based meal have a completely decadent option to indulge in that they will certainly never forget. The Admiral’s Tower for Two features stone crab claws, Maine lobster, snow crab, chilled jumbo shrimp, oyster shooters, scallop ceviche, and charred octopus salad making it the ultimate seafood dinner to share while spending time on the boardwalk.

3. Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Ice Cream – Ample Hills Creamery

Over near Disney’s Boardwalk Resort is a wonderful snack location that got its start in Brooklyn, New York and has quickly become popular with guests. Ample Hills Creamery serves up unique ice cream flavors in a bright and cheery setting with murals of the Disney Parks and icons found throughout. With nearly twenty original flavors to choose from, guests will definitely have a hard time deciding which flavors to pick, however some are so delicious they can’t be passed up. Guests should definitely be sure to at least try the favorite Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Ice Cream which features vanilla ice cream made with cream cheese and combined with gobs of house-made St-Louis-style ooey gooey butter cake.

4. Cheese and Bacon Fries – Beaches & Cream Soda Shop

In addition to Ample Hills Creamery, there is another popular location that guests flock to for ice cream on Crescent Lake that also serves up traditional American diner classics. Beaches & Cream Soda Shop at Disney’s Beach Club Resort transports guests back to the 1950s at the boardwalk and serves up classics like burgers, melts, and more. While there are plenty of items for guests to choose from, a favorite is the Cheese and Bacon Fries which are fresh French fries topped with cheese sauce, bacon, red onions, and garlic-peppercorn ranch.

5. No Way Jose – Beaches & Cream Soda Shop

No meal at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop is complete without leaving room for dessert since the location is so popular for their indulgent ice cream options. In addition to shakes and soda floats, the restaurant also makes incredible sundaes that are big enough to share including the No Way Jose. This popular option features chocolate and vanilla ice cream, peanut butter and chocolate morsels, whipped cream, and a classic cherry on top.

6. Coney Negroni – Abracadabar

A relatively new location on the boardwalk at Crescent Lake is a lounge location that features a rich theme focused on magic. Abracadabar was a popular hangout for magicians until one day the elite and mysterious crowd suddenly disappeared. Today guests can enjoy visiting the location, enjoying amazing theming and props, and ordering up imaginative cocktails that are delicious. Guests who stop in for a drink are sure to love the Coney Negroni which combines Eagle Rare Bourbon, Campari, and Antica Carpano Sweet Vermouth.

7. Royale Breakfast – Trattoria al Forno

Situated right near Abracadabar is a full service location that is open daily for breakfast and dinner, though the two meals are very different. Breakfast at Trattoria al Forno is a character meal where guests can meet some of their favorite Disney Princesses and Princes including the ever popular Rapunzel and Flynn Ryder. In addition to the character meet and greets, guests can indulge in delicious breakfast options such as the Royale Breakfast which features oak-grilled steak, asparagus, cheesy-egg torte, fonduta, breakfast potatoes, and crispy onions.

8. Veal Osso Buco – Trattoria al Forno

Dinner at Trattoria al Forno is a completely different experience with no characters and authentic Italian cuisine that guests absolutely love to indulge in. In addition to fresh pizzas and pastas, guests are sure to love ordering the Veal Osso Buco which is perfectly paired with a celery root puree, gnudi pasta, baby carrots, and cipollini onions. This indulgent meal is the perfect dinner to enjoy before a stroll around Crescent Lake!

9. Barbecue Pork Nachos – Hurricane Hanna’s Waterside Bar and Grill

Disney’s Yacht Club Resort and Disney’s Beach Club Resort share Stormalong Bay, an exclusive outdoor area with hot tubs, sunning decks, water slide, lazy river, and much more. While Stormalong Bay is only open to guests staying at the two Disney Resorts, all are welcome at adjoining Hurricane Hanna’s Waterside Bar and Grill which serves up American grilled classics all day long. A favorite snack at the location that is certainly filling is the Barbecue Pork Nachos which are generously topped with shredded cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, and avocado crema.

10. Marvelous Watermelon Margarita – BoardWalk Joe’s Marvelous Margaritas

Those who are looking to simply stroll the boardwalk and enjoy all of the beautiful sights and live entertainment offered in the area will absolutely love stopping at a small location and picking up a beverage to sip as they explore. BoardWalk Joe’s Marvelous Margaritas is situated in a small stand near Disney’s Boardwalk Resort and serves up fresh cocktails and small bites for guests to enjoy. A popular margarita to indulge in is the Marvelous Watermelon Margarita which features Patron Silver Tequila, watermelon, fresh lime juice, and Sweet-and-Sour.
