The Magic Kingdom is the first thing to come to mind for many guests when they picture Walt Disney World. Home to Cinderella Castle, iconic attractions like Dumbo the Flying Elephant and It’s A Small World, and characters like Mickey Mouse, there are endless things to experience on a day in the park. With all of these options to choose from, there is something for every member of the family to enjoy on a day exploring the lands of the park. Here are ten reasons why your family will love spending a full day in the Magic Kingdom.

10. Fun For All Ages –

The Magic Kingdom offers up the opportunity for guests of all ages to feel like a kid again. Sure the park is a magical place for children, but it is not unusual to see plenty of adults feeling like kids again as they throw their hands up on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad or blast off into space on Space Mountain.

With many different lands to explore, guests can experience everything from the wild west to space and the Caribbean to the Hundred Acre Wood all without leaving the park! Each land has its own unique theme and offers up interesting experiences for each member of the family.

5. Dine With The Beast –

Families will love the opportunity to step into the classic animated film Beauty and the Beast and dine in the Beast’s castle at Be Our Guest Restaurant. With three rooms to experience including the iconic ballroom and the West Wing, guests can enjoy traditional French cuisine and may even spot the Beast himself during dinner.

Families love to experience Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin in Tomorrowland not only because it is fun, but because it offers up the opportunity for some family competition! With 18-minutes of “heart, heroism, and humor”, Happily Ever After will send you on your way with your own “happily ever after” ending to an unforgettable Magic Kingdom day!
