10. Plan out your parking
Depending on where you plan to shop, dine and explore, you may want to plan out which parking garage to park in. Planning in advance can help save you some walking time if you are worried about how tired you will be at the end of the day! You can also pay to valet park if you don’t want to have to mess with finding a place to park (although there is typically plenty of parking).
9. Don’t be in too much of a rush
We understand when you may need to rush in order to make it do a reservation, but in general just try to slow down and take everything in. If you are prepared to be patient and just take in everything around you, it will be much less irritating when you are navigating the crowds and sea of guests.
8. Make dining reservations in advance
If you plan on enjoying table service dining experiences, we definitely recommend that you make reservations in advance. This will help to minimize the amount of time that you spend waiting to get in (sometimes you may not be able to get into a location at all without a reservation). You will also be able to plan your day already knowing what your meal plans are.

7. Travel light
You will definitely want to travel light and not bring a lot of things with you that you have to carry around. Try to only bring the things that you really need so that you have an easier time navigating through the stores and experiences without a bunch of stuff weighing you down.
6. Check out The VOID
There is an amazingly cool virtual reality experience located in Disney Springs. This event is called The VOID and features to VR experiences including Star Wars: Secrets of the Empire and Ralph Breaks VR. It truly is entertainment you must experience, especially if you are a Virtual Reality fan.
5. Enjoy the entertainment in the area
Disney Springs offers a wide variety of entertainment all throughout the area. There are a wide variety of different musical acts and other performers who will be out and about in Disney Springs. You never know what you might see, but be sure to hang back and enjoy all the different entertainment!
4. Send your packages to pick up later or back to your resort
Definitely don’t carry your packages around with you if you don’t have to. You just run a larger risk of something getting lost or damaged, plus the hassle of carrying everything around. You can have them sent to a pick-up location at Disney Springs or take advantage of resort delivery if you are staying onsite at a Disney resort.
3. Catch a movie at AMC
There is an AMC movie theater in Disney Springs that is always showing a ton of great movies. You can even do the dine-in theater option where you can eat and enjoy the movie. A movie is a great way to take a break, especially from the sun and heat. You can also relax and take time to see one of the current movies that you have been interested in.
2. Take a balloon ride to enjoy the views
You can enjoy balloon ride from the helium-filled balloon in Disney Springs. The balloon will take you up hundreds of feet for a view of Disney Springs and all of Walt Disney World that you can’t experience anywhere else. This is an amazing experience during the day or at night, so we recommend that you experience both if you can!
1. Take a break for bowling and/or basketball
Splitsville at Disney Springs is one of the most fantastic bowling alleys. Plus, the NBA Experience is just down the path from Splitsville. After you bowl, shoot a few hoops and play NBA-style games. These are both fun activities for the entire family, so the kids can stay entertained and you can get a break from all the walking, heat and sun. If you are hungry, food is available at both Splitsville and the NBA Experience.
