6 Things You Will Love About La Cave del Tequila In Epcot

When guests visit Walt Disney World, many of them love to spend lots of time in Epcot enjoying attractions, entertainment, and dining. The park is divided into two halves with Future World in the front celebrating technology and nature and World Showcase in the back featuring eleven unique pavilions. Each pavilion celebrates a different country from around the world with beautiful architecture, culture, attractions, restaurants, and shopping. One of the most popular of the pavilions is Mexico which features a massive pyramid that houses the beautiful Plaza de los Amigos. Inside is a courtyard perpetually at dusk with the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros, marketplace stalls to shop at, and a small cozy dining option which is loved by many guests. La Cava del Tequila is nestled in the front right corner of the Plaza de los Amigos and invites guests in to enjoy a wonderful atmosphere, sip on delicious cocktails, and munch on some decadent snacks. Here are six things that guests love about La Cava del Tequila in the Mexico Pavilion in Epcot!

6. Location –

Since La Cava del Tequila is located inside the Plaza de los Amigos, it is visited by many guests. As guests step into the Plaza, they are greeted with a festive environment with balconies overlooking the courtyard and a gently smoking volcano in the distance. With ambient noise coming from nearby San Angel Inn Ristorante, shoppers, and those waiting to board the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros, guests are encouraged to stay for a while and enjoy the area. La Cava del Tequila is perfectly located in the corner of the Plaza de Los Amigos and guests love popping in for a drink or snack while enjoying their time in the Mexico Pavilion.

5. Atmosphere –

The atmosphere inside La Cava del Tequila with exposed brick, warm lighting from different types of suspended glass lights, comfortable seating, and geometric décor and artwork. With such a cozy and warm feel, guests immediately relaxed and at home while enjoying their food and drinks.

4. The Twitter –

One of the best parts of La Cava del Tequila can be enjoyed without even being in Walt Disney World! The owners of the location have a twitter account which is continually posting interesting facts about tequila, photos shared by guests, photos with celebrities who have stopped by, polls, and new and exciting menu options. Some things shared via Twitter are not featured on the menu and are exclusive to guests on social media, making it a great idea to follow the Twitter for all of the latest news and happenings at La Cava del Tequila.

3. Unique Margaritas –

Guests who visit La Cava del Tequila are obviously there to enjoy the amazing drink options! The main feature is tequila and La Cava del Tequila has over two hundred options for guests to choose from. Many guests enjoy ordering up margaritas which come in an array of interesting and unique flavors. Guests can sip on a Classic Margarita, Jalapeño Margarita, Avocado Margarita, Blood Orange Margarita, and Cucumber Margarita. With so many interesting flavors to choose from, guests will have a hard time deciding and always want to return to try another option.

2. Tequila Flights –

For guests who are looking to simply sip on some tequila and really savor in the many different kinds of the drink, there are several tequila flights which offer up that chance. The Tequila Liquor Flight allows guests to sip on four different varieties of tequila and the Supreme Tequila Flight features a whopping five choices of delicious tequila. Guests love being able to order up a tequila flight, kick back, sip, and relax in La Cava del Tequila.

1. Food –

With all that tequila, guests definitely need to munch on food options in order to keep themselves from getting a little too messy. Luckily, La Cava del Tequila has some delicious options for guests to choose from! Guests can order up traditional chips and guacamole or chips and salsa or go for something a little more. The Shrimp Cocktail comes served with a spicy marinated tomato sauce and fried tortillas making it good enough to not want to share! A great option to order when dining with several people is the Trio Combo which features tortilla chips served with salsa, guacamole, and queso made with white nacho cheese which is then arranged to look like the colors of the Mexican flag! With all of these amazing food options in addition to the staggering number of tequila choices, it is no wonder why many guests love spending time in La Cava del Tequila while visiting World Showcase in Epcot!
