6. The location and outdoor seating

This dining location is located in the heart of the Italy pavilion at Epcot’s World Showcase. Italy is an absolutely stunning pavilion that really captures the beauty of the Italian heritage in every aspect of the pavilion, and that definitely carries over to the restaurant. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating so that you have a choice when you dine there. Each offer different views and you won’t go wrong no matter where you end up.

5. The atmosphere

I love everything about this location. I am a fan of dining outside, but understand where that may not be as desirable for some during the Florida summers! Both indoor and outdoor are amazing. The outdoor seating lets you look upon the beautiful Italy pavilion. The indoor seating is a bit darker and romantic. There are beautiful murals of courtyard and column themes. The wood and stone details throughout the restaurant are stunning, and you can definitely tell they are inspired by Italian architecture.

4. Amazing service

The service has always been top notch for us that this location. The staff is full of that Italian energy and charm that make you feel like you are already part of the family. They are proud of the food that they serve and take pride in their service. It has always been a positive, fun experience for us and we enjoy talking to the cast members and learning more about their home country.

3. Authentic Italian

Everything about this location gives the feeling of an authentic Italian experience, which is extremely romantic and classy. The decor, the service, the food, just everything. You can tell that imagineers put a lot of thought and research into the entire restaurant to help you feel like you have stepped into a restaurant in Italy. You will definitely feel like you are experiencing Rome and it’s “Old World” atmosphere.

2. Delicious food

The food here is amazing, regardless of whether Italian is your favorite food or not. There are so many delicious options, that it is hard to even know where to start. My husband is a steak guy, so his favorite is the Bistecca del Macellaio, which is the Italian version of steak and potatoes. My personal favorite is the Lasagna alla Bolognese. I love a great lasagna and this is definitely one of the best on property. Be sure to save room for one of the decadent, delicious desserts. I am a Cannoli fiend and can’t dine here without having one. I haven’t tried everything on the menu, yet, but if we base expectations on everything we have already tried, I have no doubt that everything will be delicious.

I don’t think an establishment could call itself an Italian ristorante with a straight face if they didn’t have an amazing wine list! This location has a large range of wines available for you to try and sample. You will be able to find the perfect pairing to the meal of your choice at this location. If wine happens to not be your thing, they also have amazing cocktails and Italian beer on draft. If you are into adult beverages, you won’t leave this location disappointed!
