The menu at Jaleo by Jose Andres is absolutely massive, making it hard to narrow down what to order at each meal. Some of the best appetizer options to choose from include Achoas Don Bocarte, Torta Pascualete, and Plato de Manchego. There are also several Embutidos, or smoked sausages, to choose from including options like a 24-month cured serrano ham and cured acorn-fed pork sausage.
