There are so many great food options at Walt Disney World, but you definitely don’t want to miss out on the 4Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck. If you haven’t visited it, then you will definitely want to check it out. Here are 8 thinks that you will absolutely love about the 4Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck:
8. There is no theme park admission required.
If you are looking for a quick place to grab a bite and not have to go all the way into a theme park, then the 4Rivers food truck is definitely a great option. There is no theme park admission required since you can just visit Disney Springs to get your food fix. While there you can even shop and check out some of the other great entertainment and treats in the area.
7. It is a convenient dining option.
We love how fast and casual food truck dining is. You can just walk up whenever you are feeling like you want something delicious to eat. The food truck is located within the Marketplace area of Disney Springs, so there is a lot of great shopping located close by, too! If you are looking to eat and get back to your day, there are even options that are perfect for eating on the move.
6. The food truck is open for lunch and late dinner hours.
If you are looking for something during or between the lunch or dinnertime meals, then the 4Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck will definitely have something for you. The typical hours for the food truck are around 11:30 AM to 10 PM EST. This lets you get lunch, dinner, snacks, late night snacks or whatever works best for your schedule.

5. It is affordable for delicious food.
We find the menu prices really reasonable, especially for the value and quality of the items. The entrée options range between $9.99 and 11.99. This is definitely reasonable at Walt Disney World for a filling entrée. The food is seriously delicious, too, so you definitely feel like you are getting your value for the money that is being spent.
4. You can walk and eat some of the options.
When in Disney Springs, you may be busy trying to hit all of the stores and action, so it is super convenient to have a way to eat while on the move. The Taco Cone is a favorite of mine to get when trying to eat while on the go. It is exactly as it sounds, with your choice of filling, plus shredded lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, queso, cilantro, jalapeno and a lime wedge served in a taco shell style cone. It is delicious and perfect for eating while on the go. The filling choices include Brisket Barbacoa, Nana’s Pork Sofrito, Black Beans & Rice, Chicken Tinga and Grilled Tri-Tip Steak. There is definitely something for everyone!
3. The menu is unique and expansive for a food truck.
We love all of the delicious options that are available at the food truck. There is the Taco Cone that we have already mentioned. Other entrees you will find include Tacos, Burrito Bowl, Nachos, Squash Blossom Quesadilla and Black Beans & Cilantro Rice. I do love the Squash Blossom Quesadilla, since it is so unique, yet delicious! It is made with fresh squash blossom, zucchini, tomato, onion, refried beans, Chihuahua cheese and queso fresco, with a side of pico de gallo. I love all of the fresh tasting veggies!
2. The desserts are delicious.
We definitely can’t forget about dessert, especially with all of the calories that you burn walking around Disney Springs. There are two delicious dessert options available at 4Rivers, the Dulce de Leche Churro Balls and the Chocolate Hazelnut Spread Nachos. I am a chocolate hazelnut fiend, so I can’t get enough of this delicious, sweet take on nachos!
1. There are alcoholic beverages available.
If you are looking for an alcoholic beverage to go with your food truck offerings, you can definitely get those as well! There are a variety of assorted alcoholic beverages including beers like Modelo, Corona Extra, Dos Equis, etc. These pair perfectly with the Mexican flavors and offerings served at the food truck! Of course there are non-alcoholic beverages as well like water and Coke products.
