Meat platters at The Polite Pig have generous portions of your choice of meat with jalapeno cornbread, the Polite Pig’s signature cole slaw and your choice of one side. Choose from maple-dijon glazed salmon, coffee rub brisket, baby back ribs, citrus marinade half chicken, bourbon glaze BBQ cheddar sausage and pork shoulder.

Other selections include Clyde May’s Straight 92, Corsair Centennial Hopped Whiskey, Old Forester 1920 Prohibition Style and Ransom The Emerald 1865. Others include Parker’s Heritage 12th edition, Whistle Pig 15 yr, Heaven Hill and Old Fitzgerald. And not a single one of them goes poorly with barbecue, so take your pick!
