One week after Inside the Magic reported that a Frozen(2013) display had replaced the decades-old Toy Story (1995) sculpture at the LEGO Store in the Downtown Disney District, the Disneyland Resort merchandise location unveiled a new window display inspired by another Disney-owned franchise. Avengers Display at the Downtown Disney LEGO Store
On April 27, WDWNT reported that a new Avengers-inspired display had appeared in a yellow-and-white frame made of oversized plastic building blocks on the outside of the LEGO Store in the Downtown Disney District. So far, Southern California Disney Park guests can see Spider-Man, Thor, Captain Marvel, the Falcon, and Iron Man peeking above the construction walls in front of an intergalactic-inspired backdrop:

Last week, the Frozen logo and a snowy-inspired background appeared inside a different yellow-and-white window frame at the LEGO Store in the Downtown Disney District. One of the merchandise location’s oldest displays, which featured Woody and Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story with a rocket made of plastic bricks, was removed earlier this year.
There are still empty yellow-and-white window frames on the exterior of the Disneyland Resort merchandise location, meaning that more character displays are probably on their way. It’s unclear if a new Toy Story sculpture will replace the old one.
The LEGO Store at the Downtown Disney District continues to operate normally throughout the ongoing exterior refurbishment. It opened alongside the shopping, dining, and entertainment complex in 2001, when Disneyland Resort expanded to include Disney California Adventure Park.
