Iman Vellani Speaks About Pressure Faced As Ms Marvel

Ms Marvel is scheduled to being coming to streaming later this year but little else is know about what we should expect.

Iman Vellani , who is playing Kamala Kahn, spoke about playing the character for the first time and about the pressure of portraying MCU’s first Muslim hero.

”The fact that the show is being made and they’re including this character in the MCU is [what’s important]. I don’t really have to go out of my way and talk about being a Muslim and being Pakistani — it all comes out in the show. People seeing a person like me involved in a project as big as this is, I think, inspiring enough.”

A sizzle, previously released, gave us a little look into the series but not much else.  We will have to wait and see what this show will bring.
