Walt Disney World guest complaints aren’t unheard of. In fact, considering Disney guests pay so much for what can sometimes be a subpar experience, many of us can even sympathize with guest complaints…That being said, this complaint may have reached the wrong audience…
Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort guests often have high expectations when it comes to their Disney vacations, but sometimes those expectations can set Disney fans up for a lot of disappointment.
One Disney World newcomer from the United Kingdom recently spent some time in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort, and he did not have nice things to say about his experience!
Back in England?
British TikToker Jason Verspaget shared footage from his Magic Kingdom visit, revealing extensive rain and cloudy skies.
“This is absolutely not what I signed up for,” Jason complained in the video shown below. ”I’m not even gonna lie, I think this is the wettest I’ve been in weeks.”
@jasonverspaget I almost took a man down with me🥲🥲 don’t run in the parks kids! #disneyworld #rain #fail
Jason can be seen sharing a poncho with his companion as he continues to complain, declaring that visiting Magic Kingdom during a rainy day is “like being in England again.”
We have already seen some Disney Park guests demonstrating some pretty upsetting or dangerous behavior (Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, anyone?), so complaining profusely about Florida weather certainly doesn’t climb too high on the bad-behavior list.
However, TikToker Jason Verspaget is still facing some backlash for expressing so much disappointment and frustration with rain!
“I Paid a Lot To Get Here,” Walt Disney World Guest Complains
“You weren’t expecting WEATHER? Good grief,” one person commented as they watched the international Disney World guest walk by Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, the surprisingly-hazardous Barnstormer roller coaster, and TRON Lightcycle / Run.
“Florida is a tropical (and political) swamp,” another unimpressed follower wrote.
No Running!
However, the Disney guest continued to complain, reiterating that he “paid a lot to get here, and it’s raining every single day.”
Jason then proceeded to try running in the rainy theme park, which instantly resulted in a fall. “Don’t run in the Parks, kids!” the TikToker wrote in his video’s caption.
Have you ever experienced rainy weather on every day of your Disney vacation? Do you find it exhilarating and dance in the streets, like these Disney guests did, or do you spend most of your time there complaining? Tell us about it in the comments below!
