Disneyland Resort has unveiled some exciting new changes to its historic Main Street, U.S.A. area. After nearly 70 years of enchanting guests, the park is rolling out updates that bring a fresh twist to the beloved space, particularly at one of its iconic Quick Service dining locations.

In January, the Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe, a cornerstone of Main Street, U.S.A., closed for refurbishment. After over a month of work, Disneyland Resort confirmed that the cafe will officially reopen on March 22, 2025. As part of the refresh, Disney has also shared a sneak peek at the updated Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe menu. The @DisneyEats Instagram account posted a glimpse of both returning favorites and brand-new items that will be available when the restaurant reopens on March 22:

While Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe undergoes its transformation, the nearby Refreshment Corner remains open for breakfast. It serves a selection of the cafe’s breakfast items, including the popular bacon and egg croissant ($9.49). It’s the perfect stop for those seeking a quick and tasty meal before the cafe’s grand reopening on Saturday.

The updates to Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe come as the park prepares for a broader wave of changes coming to Disneyland Resort for the park’s 70th-anniversary celebrations. On May 16, Disneyland Park will see the return of the Paint the Night nighttime parade and Wondrous Journeys fireworks. The all-new “Celebrate Happy Cavalcade,” featuring Duffy and ShellieMay, will also make its debut, and Coco (2017) characters will join “it’s a small world.” In addition, a new projection show, “Tapestry of Happiness,” will light up the exterior of the iconic Fantasyland attraction.

Disney California Adventure Park will also participate in the celebrations, including the debut of “World of Color Happiness!” and the return of the “Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!” parade.

The magic doesn’t stop there. On July 17, the “Walt Disney – A Magical Life” show will debut in the Main Street Opera House, featuring the first-ever Walt Disney audio-animatronic. Following its initial run, the show will alternate with Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln, ensuring that guests can continue to experience the rich history of Disneyland Resort while enjoying the new innovations.
