With Disney, any day can be a holiday. Today is a special one for a beloved character. And like any holiday, it is something to celebrate. Whether visiting the Parks today or joining the celebration from home, you can commemorate this character’s big day.

Happy June 26! Or, as Disney has proclaimed, International Stitch Day! It is 6-2-6 today, and it is an ode to Stitch himself. Today, we celebrate everyone’s favorite intergalactic felon, Stitch!

Lilo & Stitch

The genetic experiment ‘Lilo & Stitch’ (2002) came to the big screen introducing our fans to the wild and sweet character Stitch. Stitch is an experiment that escapes outer space and is adopted by Lilo as what she presumes is a dog. We soon realize Stitch is so much more than just a pet, but a part of the family. Stitch soon realizes the meaning of love and family, learning the true meaning of “Ohana.”
