The holidays at Disney World are a special time of year. Disney is already celebrating Halloween and the fall season with Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom. But once it turns November, the Mickey-shaped pumpkins will be transformed into a winter wonderland.

Disney World decorates the Parks in November and December for the winter holidays, encompassing joyful celebrations, seasonal food, and holiday decorations. EPCOT receives its very own celebration with EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays Presented by AdventHealth. EPCOT is known for its festivals year-round, bringing various themes and unique experiences to the World Showcase.

Candlelight Processional

The holidays are a time to be surrounded by loved ones and warm wishes as you make memories with the people that matter most. “Gather with friends and family to hear the story of Christmas—brought to life by celebrity narrators,” Disney writes, as the Candlelight Processional will begin November 24.
The showtimes will be 5:15 p.m., 7:00 p.m., and 8:30 p.m. at America Gardens Theater, where the Processional will retell the Christmas story. It includes “A narrator and a massive choir, accompanied by a 50-piece orchestra, herald trumpets and the incredible Voices of Liberty.”

The beloved event returns this year with celebrity narrators helping to bring the story of Christmas to life during the holiday season. Some celebrities include Simu Liu, John Stamos, Brendan Fraser, Lisa Ling, and Eva Longoria. Additionally, Disney joked on X, stating, “Don’t worry everyone, Brooke confirmed.”
The jubilant entertainment is just another part of Disney’s magical traditions at the Parks, making the holidays much more special to share. And to make your visit to EPCOT even more special, they are offering dining packages beginning October 17 for purchase. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the holidays with your loved ones at one of Disney’s savory restaurants. “Choose from seven distinctive eateries, offering everything from character dining at Chip ‘N’ Dale’s Harvest Feast at Garden Grill Restaurant in The Land pavilion to signature dining at Le Cellier Steakhouse in the Canada pavilion,” Disney details.
