If your little one who is 48 inches tall wanted to ride, hopefully they already had that chance because it was just announced that SeaWorld Orlando has changed the height requirement. It has gone from 48 inches tall to 54 inches tall.
The company shared in a statement: “We are experiencing some operational issues with smaller riders and so out of an abundance of caution, we raised the height requirement from 48 inches to 54 inches for the time being as we work with the manufacturer and safety professionals to make adjustments. Ensuring our guests have a safe and thrilling experience in our park remains our top priority.”

This ride is named after the icy Arctic summits and Ice Breaker features four airtime field launches that go both forwards and backwards. A reverse launch goes into the steepest beyond vertical drop in Florida. It is a 93 foot tall spike with a 100 degree angle. Riders will fly over a near vertical tophat maneuver, which becomes exciting twists and turns with airtime hills.
There are more exciting coasters that this company is planning to open. Next month at Busch Gardens Tampa, the company will open a record breaking coaster Iron Gwazi. You will need to be 48 inches tall or higher to ride for this attraction.
