Disney is full of magic. So what better way to celebrate your most important day than at the happiest place on earth! Disney Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons has served couples for years, not just at Walt Disney World. Couples can choose from places like Disneyland California, Alauni Hawaii, or Disney Cruise Line.

This summer, Disney is celebrating 28 years of Disney’s Wedding Pavilion. The iconic venue lives at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. To commemorate the anniversary, Guests get an inside peak at some facts they may not know.

Disney’s Wedding Pavilion

1. The Pavilion features a specially made window to display Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom. Couples can stand at the altar with the magnificent castle view in sight as they say, “I do”.

2. Disney’s Wedding Pavilion sits on its own private island. The only way to access it is by crossing its bridge. When creating the pavilion, Imagineers wanted the venue to feel special. So, “The team created an island on the water that would offer the dreamiest view of Magic Kingdom.”

3. One of the most unique features of this venue is in the bathroom. Guests can experience the Cinderella mirror, which is shaped like a clock. Illuminated with the time, it never quite strikes midnight to let the party go all night long.

4. It wouldn’t be Disney without Mickey Mouse! Guests can search and find hidden Mickeys in the architecture and wallpaper.

5. To help your day run smoothly, the pavilion offers hidden suites for couples and wedding parties. This allows for a special private moment before the actual celebration begins!
