Celebrate Your Birthday at Disney

A father affectionately kisses his young child on the cheek at a dining table, embracing the magic of their day. With Mickey Mouse ears and a smile, the child holds a Mickey-shaped waffle. Nearby, a glass of orange juice adds to their joy under the new Disney rules.

Your birthday is the one day a year you get to celebrate you! Why not do it at the most magical place on earth? Celebrating any holiday always feels more special when it’s done at Walt Disney World. No matter what age you are turning, a Disney birthday is always a memorable experience.

There are so many fun things to experience for your birthday in all four parks. Furthermore, Disney Springs and the Resorts have exciting opportunities to ring in your new age this year. Start your trip off by hitting Guest Services for your “Happy Birthday” button and start your day!

VIP Tours

A VIP tour is a sure way to feel special on your big day. While it is more expensive, you deserve whatever you want on your birthday! VIP tours do require planning but allow you to visit multiple theme parks, skip lines on rides, and be led by a knowledgeable cast member to learn more about all things Disney. This exclusive experience ensures your birthday celebration will be as magical as possible.

Birthday Cake and Treats

Disney is known for its delicious food; any sweet treats for your birthday are no different. At Amorette’s Patisserie, guests can order their own cake and have it delivered. Custom cakes must be ordered in advance, and delivery is available to select resorts and table-service restaurants, so be sure to confirm availability when planning your celebration.

Even if you don’t opt for a custom cake, there are plenty of delightful desserts to enjoy throughout the parks and resorts, making your day extra sweet.

Dining Experiences

There are so many amazing table service options at Walt Disney World. Depending on what style of food is your favorite to enjoy on your birthday, the options are endless. If you want to have a cake delivered for your birthday dinner, you’ll want to ensure it is a restaurant that participates in delivery.

If you don’t have a cake delivered, or that’s not your thing, many restaurants are generous enough to wish you a happy birthday with their unique desserts. Consider dining at San Angel Inn in EPCOT, The Hollywood Brown Derby in Hollywood Studios, Be Our Guest in Magic Kingdom, or Yak & Yeti in Animal Kingdom to enjoy your birthday bash with a touch of Disney magic.

Surprise Gifts

The gift that keeps on giving! While Disney no longer offers its Floral and Gifts service, there are still ways to surprise a loved one—or yourself—with celebratory gifts. Disney’s Enchanted Extras Collection offers options for in-room celebrations, which include balloons, themed decor, and special keepsakes to create a magical start to the day. Additionally, many third-party services can deliver customized gift baskets to Disney Resorts, ensuring a birthday surprise to remember.

Special Experiences

Disney has so many fun options to make your day extra special. Consider in-room celebrations or booking one-of-a-kind experiences like a private fireworks cruise or behind-the-scenes tours. These unique opportunities can elevate your birthday experience and create unforgettable memories. As Disney Dining says, “Simply being at Disney is a special event; elevate the experience to make it truly unforgettable.”
