Disney Announces Indefinite Closure for Hall of Presidents Attraction

One of Walt Disney World’s iconic attractions, The Hall of Presidents at Magic Kingdom Park, is set to undergo refurbishment starting January 20, 2025. The closure has been officially added to Disney’s refurbishment calendar, with no announced timeframe for its reopening.

The Hall of Presidents, a mainstay in Liberty Square since the park’s opening in 1971, offers a blend of history and innovation. The attraction features lifelike animatronics of all U.S. Presidents, delivering a powerful showcase of American heritage through technology and storytelling. The upcoming closure aligns with Disney’s tradition of updating the exhibit after a new president takes office, including the changes of President Joe Biden’s successor, Donald Trump./
