Disney Very Merriest After Hours Schedule?

Credit: Disney

The first night of Disney Very Merriest After Hours will take place on November 8. It will be a special ticketed event that has some of the elements of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. It will take place on select evenings. Guests with tickets will be able to enter the Magic Kingdom at 7:00 that evening. Then at 9:00 it will close to everyone without a ticket. One of the nice things about the Disney After Hours events is that capacity is limited, allowing Guests to do more in a short period of time. Disney Very Merriest After Hours will be four hours long.

WDW News Today has published the following schedule for Disney Very Merriest After Hours. This has not been confirmed by Disney, but it makes sense. The reported schedule is as follows:

Reindeer Wranglers in Frontierland – 9:25pm, 10:30pm, 11:40pm, 12:35am
Mickey and Minnie’s Very Merry Memories at the Castle Forecourt Stage – 9:25 pm, 10:35 pm, 11:45 pm, 12:50 am
Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade – 9:45 pm and 12:05 am
Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show – 11:15 pm
Club Tinsel Dance Party in Tomorrowland – 9:00 pm to 1:00 am

There are still tickets available for most dates of Disney Very Merriest After Hours. If you are a DVC Member or an Annual Passholder, there is a discount available on some dates.

One thing that many Guests are excited about is that Disney Very Merriest After Hours will have the first full parade at Walt Disney World in over a year and a half. Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade is a favorite of many. If the schedule is correct, there are usually fewer people at the second parade.

Disney After Hours events also include some treats. There are kiosks set up throughout the Park with ice cream novelties and popcorn. Bottled soda and water are included in the price as well.

We bought our tickets for Disney Very Merriest After Hours for November 11, and we can’t wait to share our experience with you!

About Paula K

I grew up in Western Massachusetts. When I was nine my family went to Disneyland and I was hooked. I grew up, attended New England College in Henniker, NH and eventually moved to Virginia. I worked as a disc jockey, married and became a full time mom when our daughter was born. Fast forward several years. In 2010 we moved to Central Florida and my Disney obsession grew. I now work as a freelance writer and spend my spare time in the parks. Under the name Paula Brown I penned the novels Dream Wanderers and The Coffee Cruiser. I also am a co-author of Dining at Walt Disney World: The Definitive Guide. I'm obsessed with Star Wars, so this is a good time to live in Central Florida. I've been a vegetarian for well over a decade, a choice that my daughter eventually made as well. While my husband still hasn't joined us fully he has given up most meats except for seafood. I was relieved to find that vegetarian dining is not difficult at Walt Disney World.
