Disney World just cut hotel prices for select guests after recent crowd slumps, and the savings arrive at a good time for anyone planning a fall vacation.
Two separate offers can bring room discounts to guests staying at Disney Resorts Collection hotels, with the biggest savings reaching 25%. Disney+ Perks members can also get free Park Hopper benefits with a qualifying package.
Here’s what you need to know before booking.
Staying at Disney World Comes With a Price
There are plenty of reasons guests enjoy staying on Disney World property. You remain inside the Disney bubble, transportation to the parks is readily available, and you can take advantage of the benefits available to Disney Resort hotel guests.
The problem is the price.
A Disney World vacation is already expensive once guests factor in park tickets, food, transportation, souvenirs, and other extras. Adding several nights at an onsite hotel can push the total much higher.
That makes Disney’s latest discounts worth watching, particularly for guests who were already considering a Deluxe Resort or longer stay.

Disney+ Subscribers Can Unlock the Biggest Deal
Disney+ Perks members have access to the larger of Disney’s two offers.
Eligible members can save up to 25% on rooms and receive free Park Hopper benefits when purchasing a four-night, four-day room-and-ticket package at participating Disney Resorts Collection hotels.
The deal applies to most nights during these periods:
- September 25-October 8, 2026
- October 19-31, 2026
- November 15-28, 2026
- December 13-24, 2026
Guests must be Disney+ subscribers enrolled in Disney+ Perks. When booking online, guests also need to log in using the email address associated with their Disney+ subscription.
These Resorts Qualify for Up to 25% Off
The largest Disney+ discount includes many of Disney World’s Deluxe Resorts and Disney Vacation Club properties.
Guests can save up to 25% and receive free Park Hopper benefits at:

- The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort

Value Resorts Still Get a Disney+ Discount

- Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort
- Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
- Disney’s Art of Animation Resort – Little Mermaid Standard Rooms
- Disney’s Pop Century Resort
That gives guests options across multiple Disney World hotel categories rather than concentrating the promotion entirely on expensive Deluxe properties.

Disney World is Offering Another Special Discount
Disney+ subscribers aren’t the only guests who can save.
Disney World is also offering a separate room-only promotion that can knock up to 20% off select rooms.
The discount applies to most Sunday through Thursday nights from October 4 through November 19, 2026, and most nights, including weekends, from November 22 through December 24, 2026.
Unlike the Disney+ package, this promotion does not include the free Park Hopper benefit.
These Hotels Get the Full 20% Discount
The largest room-only discount applies to essentially the same group of Deluxe and select Moderate accommodations included in the top Disney+ tier.
Guests can save up to 20% at Bay Lake Tower, Boulder Ridge Villas, The Cabins at Fort Wilderness, Copper Creek Villas & Cabins, Animal Kingdom Lodge and Villas, Beach Club Resort and Villas, BoardWalk Inn and Villas, Contemporary Resort, Grand Floridian Resort, Polynesian Village Resort, Riviera Resort, Saratoga Springs Resort, Wilderness Lodge, and Yacht Club Resort.
The offer also includes Coronado Springs King Bed Rooms, Old Key West 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom Villas, Port Orleans – Riverside, and The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
Another Group Drops by Up to 15%
Guests can save up to 15% during the eligible dates at:
- Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
- Disney’s Art of Animation Resort – Family Suites
- Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort
- Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
- Disney’s Old Key West Resort – Deluxe Studios
- Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows
- Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter
The exact savings will depend on the resort, room type, dates, and availability.

Disney’s Cheapest Tier Still Gets Up to 10% Off
Finally, Disney is offering savings of up to 10% at several Value Resort accommodations.
Those include:
- Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort
- Disney’s All-Star Music Resort
- Disney’s Art of Animation Resort – Little Mermaid Standard Rooms
- Disney’s Pop Century Resort
It isn’t as large as the Deluxe Resort discount, but every bit of savings can matter when building an expensive Disney World vacation.
Disney Is Giving Fall Guests More Ways to Save
From fall through Christmas Eve, guests now have multiple ways to spend less on Disney World hotels.
Disney+ Perks members get the strongest package, with room discounts of up to 25% and free Park Hopper benefits on qualifying four-night, four-day packages. Other guests can still save up to 20% with Disney’s separate room promotion.
For families who already wanted to stay onsite, these deals could make that decision easier. Guests can remain immersed in Disney World while trimming the hotel bill, and those considering Deluxe Resorts can capture some of the biggest savings.
