The discounts are calculated using the regular room rates available to guests who aren’t Florida residents.

The largest discounts are available at several of Disney World’s Deluxe Resort hotels and Disney Vacation Club properties.
Florida residents booking eligible rooms between February 28 and April 29, 2027, can save up to 30%. Those visiting during the earlier January and February window can save up to 25%.

Certain resorts also limit the promotion to specific accommodations. For example, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort participates in this discount category for king-bed rooms.

The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort are eligible for the later discount period, although January and February dates are excluded.
While a 15% or 20% discount might not sound as dramatic as the 30% savings offered at some Deluxe Resorts, it can still make a difference over a multi-night vacation.

Disney World Confirms Restrictions on the New Discount
