Disney World Offers New 4 Park Ticket

Disney World remains one of the most popular tourist destinations in America, if not the world. Despite modern controversies such as park reservations, the canceled Disney Express Buses, and the ongoing feud with Governor Ron DeSantis, Walt Disney World Resort remains the company’s most successful venture.

A New Value Ticket

This summer, Walt Disney World is introducing a brand new type of ticket beginning May 23, 2023. It will be called the 4-Park Magic Ticket and will be available to Guests at a discounted rate of $99 per day plus tax, totaling $396 plus tax for a four-day, four-park admission.

It includes one admission to each of the four parks (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom) and does not require park reservations to be made. However, this ticket does not include the Park Hopper option or admission to any water parks. Aside from a handful of block-out dates (including dates from July 1–4 and September 1–4) the ticket will be valid between park visits between June 1, 2023, and September 29, 2023.

Many believe this is an attempt to attract additional Guests at a discounted rate. A standard four-day Magic Your Way Ticket (no park hopper or water parks) for the week of July 5-July 11 would be $548.10. Depending on the size of your family and what they would be interested in doing at Walt Disney World, the discount could be worth it.

The four-day/four-park ticket, however, does not include Genie+ add-on or Lightning Lanes. So it’s important to keep that in mind when planning or budgeting an upcoming trip. As always, a Disney vacation can be as expensive or as budget-friendly as you choose to make it. Staying at a local hotel can save lots of money over a Disney resort, and planning to eat off-property can save some green as well. But however one chooses to enjoy a Disney World vacation on any budget, hopefully, this ticket option makes it a little more affordable.
