A new luxury Resort is underway, and so is the first artificial lagoon in Orlando. The Evermore Orlando Resort spans over 1,000 acres and will be the first Orlando Conrad Hotel. The destination is only minutes from Disney Springs, bringing potential competition to Disney World Resorts.
The grand opening for the hotel is slated for December 2023, calling it a “better way to vacation” on their Instagram. The Resort will offer vacation homes, villas, flats, and the Conrad Orlando for a more traditional hotel. Their flats are the smallest offering, hosting two or four bedrooms, while the villas offer four bedrooms, and the houses can host up to eleven bedrooms. All of these exclusive private options offer a group vacation unlike any other.

The eight ace lagoon is the biggest in the area and is the center of the Resort. Orlando Weekly states, “The lagoon contains 17 million gallons of water and is 12 feet deep. It took a total of nine weeks and 38 days to fill it up.” The design comes from a Miami-based company called Crystal Lagoon and is just neared completion.

Resort Amenities
As a Disney fan, staying on property is all a part of the Disney vacation experience. But Evermore Orlando may offer so much, it may be worth the drive. While there is no clarity if the Resort will offer transportation to the Parks, they brag about how nearby Disney World is. The Evermore website states, “Our team has the inside scoop on making the most out of your visit to our next-door neighbor.”
The Conrad and Evermore Resorts alike will offer an unforgettable experience to Guests. Amenities include private pools for house rentals, golf, cabanas, activities in the lagoon, guided meditation, ice cream brigade, fire pits, live music, outdoor games, kayaks, paddle boarding, cross-stitch, biking, fitness classes, and a nature preserve, just to name a few.

According to Disney Dining, “The first phase of the Resort will open to Guests with almost 1,500 bedrooms across a variety of “stay experiences” which should be available by early 2024. With so many possibilities outside the Parks, the Evermore is a strong option for families traveling to Orlando. The most magical place on earth may not own it, but they seem to be developing magic all on their own.
