
One Disney signature restaurant is preparing to reopen from a refurbishment with a newly refreshed menu, and we’ve got a first look at all of the details!
Signature dining is a staple of a Walt Disney World vacation for many Guests. These high-end dining experiences are available in all four Disney Parks as well as several Deluxe Disney Resorts. Many of the most popular signature dining experiences are part of the Magic Kingdom Area Resorts, which include all of the Resorts along the monorail loop, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

Along with Citricos and Victoria & Albert’s, the Grand Floridian Resort is home the waterfront signature restaurant, Narcoossee’s. This popular dining location has been closed for several months but Disney has officially confirmed that the restaurant will reopen soon on April 1, 2023.
As many fans suspected when the refurbishment for Narcoossee’s was announced, the restaurant’s interior has received several updates but the location’s breathtaking panoramic waterfront views will of course, remain. Along with the interior renovations, the meny at Narcoosee’s has been revamped with updates by Chef Noah Estabrook and Pastry Chef Kristine Farmer.

The return of Narcoossee’s uses a “land and sea” inspiration for everything from bread service to dessert. Dinner at Narcoossee’s will kick off with an Artisan Boule of Sourdough bread baked fresh in the Resort’s bakery. Appetizer options include Lobster Bisque, which has been a fan-favorite on the menu for several years, along with Beef and Ricotta Tortelloni, and an Ocean-inspired Charcuterie Board with ahi tuna, charred octopus, and house-made “sausage from the sea.”
Main courses at Narcoosse’s include Chef Noah’s signature Blackened Redfish, a Dry-Aged Pork Ribeye Chop, as well as a Roasted Vegetable Paella for Guests looking for a plant-based entree. The new dishes are joined by old favorites that were on the previous menu including seared scallops, filet mignon, and poached lobster tails.

Dessert continues the culinary adventure at Narcoosee’s with almo Almond-crusted Cheesecake, Berry Pavlova, and Pineapple Bavarois. The drink menu has been reimagined as well with new drinks inspired by the Victorian era making them a perfect nightcap for an evening at the Grand Floridian.
