New DOLE Whip Available at Walt Disney World for “Halfway to Halloween”

Did you know we’re already halfway to Halloween? The Walt Disney World Resort just shared some exciting details for how it’s celebrating spooky season early, and among the seasonal sweets and treats is a brand new DOLE Whip offering we can’t wait to try.

Each year, Disney World has been celebrating “Halfway to Halloween” by releasing new snacks, treats, and occasionally even merchandise in mid-April as the Resort begins preparations for fall. Notably, this time of year is typically when Disney announces the dates for special events like Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, but so far no dates have been announced for 2023.

While we wait to learn about this year’s dates for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, the Disney Parks Blog shared the full lineup of Halfway to Halloween treats available around the theme parks and Resorts for a limited time.

One of the new snacks is sure to be a must-have for fans of Disney’s iconic DOLE Whip as it takes the original ice cream treat and blends it with some of the most underrated characters from Moana (2016).

The Kakamaroa DOLE Whip Waffle bowl can be found at Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort from April 20-23, 2023. The waffle bowl features DOLE Whip with Moana-inspired white chocolate and milk chocolate-covered pretzel sticks, and it looks like the perfect Halloween treat to enjoy during a spring trip to the Polynesian:

Along with the new DOLE Whip, Disney’s Halfway to Halloween foodie lineup includes everything from cupcakes to whoopie pies, and even a chance to score some of the Resort’s limited edition Halloween souvenir items this spring.

Among souvenir items in the lineup this April is the Donald Candy Corn Sipper that has been incredibly popular during past Halloween seasons (so if you haven’t had luck purchasing it at Walt Disney World in the fall, you may be able to pick one up this spring!)

The sipper will be available for purchase while supplies last at B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co. in Disney Springs, so you will not even need a theme park ticket (or reservation) to buy one this April:
