You can find some variety of this refreshing treat at several locations around the Walt Disney World Resort, including at Sunshine Tree Terrace and Aloha Isle in the Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland, Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and Swirls on the Water in Disney Springs, just to name a few. But did you know this delicious frozen snack could soon be coming to your local grocery store?

DOLE Whips have historically been somewhat challenging to find outside of Walt Disney World (and Disneyland for those of you reading this on the west coast!) In years past, you may have lucked out finding a smaller amusement park or a local ice cream shop selling the treat, but DOLE typically only sold the dairy-free mix in wholesale-sized packaging, making it impossible to purchase without finding a restaurant selling it.
Without the ability to buy DOLE Whips, many Disney fans have previously resorted to homemade recipes. And while some of those recipes are delicious, they cannot compare with the real deal. DOLE recently shared the news that three flavors of DOLE Whips will be rolled out in grocery stores across the country this year. Along with several other new additions including new juices and smoothie bowls, the company’s recent press release notes:
Frozen Indulgences: Dole Whip®, a tropical frozen treat, will soon be available in three delicious flavors (pineapple, mango, and strawberry) in the freezer aisle at your local grocery store.

DOLE Whips are not the first frozen treat from Disney Parks to make their way to grocery stores, as Mickey Premium Bars and Mickey ice cream sandwiches have been made available in the freezer section for some time now.
So far, a specific timeline has not been confirmed for when we will see the three flavors of DOLE Whip hit shelves at your local grocery store, but we will certainly be keeping an eye out for them throughout the year here on Disney Tips.
