Star Wars: Galactic Nights Coming to Walt Disney World on April 14th

A new ticketed event, Star Wars: Galactic Nights, is coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios only on April 14th.  The event will take place from 7PM to midnight and will be an evening dedicated to Star Wars.  All guests are allowed to wear costumes to the event, as long as they adhere to Disney’s communicated costume guidelines. There will be numerous events and attraction open for the events:

Star Wars attractions:

  • A Star Wars scavenger hunt
  • Live shows at Star Wars Theater
  • Star Wars character meet and greets
  • Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular fireworks
  • Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away performance
  • Photo backdrops with popular Star Wars scenes
  • Star Tours – The Adventure Continues
  • Star Wars Launch Bay
  • Star Wars: Path of the Jedi
  • Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple

Usual park attractions that will be open for the event:

  • The Great Movie Ride
  • MuppetVision 3D
  • Toy Story Midway Mania
  • The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
  • Voyage of the Little Mermaid

The cost for the event will be $129, plus tax per adult and $124, plus tax per child aged 3-9.  There does not appear to be any food or snacks included in this price, but it does look like there will be a lot of unique experiences that will delight Star Wars fans of every age.  Tickets can be purchased online, and you will want to get yours pretty soon since this event is likely to sell out very quick.  May the force be with you!
