Thanksgiving Weekend Park Availability

Hopefully, if you are planning on being at Walt Disney World this Thanksgiving weekend, you already have your tickets purchased. Since this is a holiday weekend, crowds will be large, and Park availability can be hard to get.

Passholders have availability today November 27th but only if you have the Incredi Pass. New tickets are not being sold for today.

Tomorrow November 28th Magic Kingdom reservations are full on Incredi Pass, but Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and EPCOT are available. Pirate Pass and Sorcerer Pass are not blocked out tomorrow. New tickets are not being sold for tomorrow, November 28th.

New Annual Passes are still not being sold except for the Disney Pixie Dust Pass. This pass is only available to Florida residents and is not available on weekends.

Also, note if you were planning on going to Blizzard Beach this weekend, you will have to change your plans. Blizzard Beach is closed due to cold weather on November 27th and 28th. So far, they are scheduled to be open on November 29th, but this could change, so make sure to check ahead of time.

Since this is a holiday weekend, you can expect wait times to be long. Some of your favorite rides at Magic Kingdom have over an hour wait, as you can see here. This is why some Guests decide that it is worth the extra price to purchase DisneyGenie+ and individual Lightning Lane.

If you have flexibility in your schedule, visiting Walt Disney World in the first couple of weeks of December may be a better option for you. It is in between the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday breaks, and the weather is beautiful. The Parks are much less crowded, and you’ll be able to get more in.
