We all know it. Let’s say it together, “This is the way.” The Disney+ original series, The Mandalorian (2019) took Star Wars and Disney fans by storm… as did the COVID pandemic. One man has stepped up, handing out free masks in the most unique way.

Meet, “The Maskalorian”. No, he’s not a bounty hunter like the Mandalorian. Instead, he’s on the lookout for people that may need a mask during these COVID-19 times. While his journey to hand out masks began a year ago, he has most recently been spotted in New York City.
“The Maskalorian’s” number one function is to hand out free masks. Like a true Mandalorian, his helmet remains on, with the added extra protection of a face covering. Who does the Maskalorian bring with him to help on his mission? Grogu (AKA “Baby Yoda”), of course. Except, the Maskalorian’s child is named “Masku” instead of Grogu.
The Maskalorian has made an appearance in several locations, but here’s the most recent video as he finds himself among the streets of New York, inviting New Yorkers to “receive intergalactic help to fight pandemic.” Check out the video below:

And if you’ve been keeping up with the news lately, you know the issue of having airline passengers keep their masks on has been problematic from time to time. The Maskalorian has come to the rescue with, “I’ve been hearing a lot of news about unruly passengers on airplanes, so I decided to do something about it.” Check out the Maskalorian’s airplane edition:

We thought one more video was worth sharing! In the video below, “The Maskalorian” meets up with an old friend in Graz, Austria. Together they join forces to help keep the public safe because, well, “This is the way.” Notice the relation to The Mandalorian‘s “The Armorer” character? Check it out below:
Did you know “The Maskalorian” has a website with even more videos? Thank you to “The Maskalorian” for your protection. “May the mask be with you.”
