Guests who spend time in Epcot are sure to have a phenomenal experience thanks to a truly unique setting that brings guests on amazing adventures through attractions, dining, entertainment, and shopping. Epcot is composed of Future World which celebrates both technology and nature and World Showcase which is a global celebration of eleven different countries from around the world. Guests who enjoy all that Epcot has to offer can travel the world, dive into the seas, journey into imagination, design their own vehicles, travel through time, and blast off into space. With so many amazing experiences to be enjoyed in the park, guests might feel a little overwhelmed trying to decide which attractions are the absolute must dos. From thrilling to educational, Epcot is not short on attractions and there are several which are so amazing they simply can’t be skipped. Here are the top six attractions that every guest must enjoy in Walt Disney World’s Epcot.

1.  Spaceship Earth

One of the most recognizable attractions in Epcot can be found just inside the main gate of the park housed inside an iconic structure. Spaceship Earth can be found inside a massive geodesic sphere that is covered in over eleven thousand futuristic silver triangles. The attraction takes a look at the history of communication and brings guests from the beginning of time to modern day. Dame Judi Dench is the narrator of Spaceship Earth and infuses humor and interesting facts into the educational background of the attraction. Guests who enjoy a ride on Spaceship Earth with love experiencing pivotal moments in the history of communication like the Renaissance, man landing on the moon, and the invention of the personal computer.

2. Soarin’ Around the World

Guests who spend time in Epcot simply can’t miss out on an amazing attraction which takes them on a beautiful tour of the world. Soarin’ Around the World can be found in the lower level of The Land Pavilion and invites guests for a thrilling hang gliding adventure over some of the most breathtaking locations across the globe. Once in the air, guests truly feel as though they have taken off as their feet dangle over places like Mount Kilimanjaro, the Great Pyramid, the Great Wall of China, and Sydney Harbor. Combining these beautiful places with a musical score that is sure to move guests, Soarin’ Around the World is an amazing experience that guests will be sure to want to visit time after time.

3. Test Track Presented by Chevrolet

Also found in Epcot’s Future World is an attraction which brings the design aspect of the automotive world to life. Test Track Presented by Chevrolet invites guests to step into the design studio where they can create their very own SIM cars before testing them on the track. Guests can choose different styles and design elements to attempt to find the perfect balance between Responsiveness, Capability, Power, and Efficiency. Once on the track, the SIM cars go through a series of tests which result in one guest in each car being victorious. With a healthy dose of competition and an amazing outdoor joy ride at the end, Test Track Presented by Chevrolet is an attraction which is both thrilling and amazing in Epcot.

4. Mission: SPACE

Found next door to Test Track Presented by Chevrolet is an attraction that is truly out of this world. Mission: SPACE invites guests into the International Space Training Center (ISTC) where they can participate in intensive training for the very first flight to space. Guests are assigned the roles of Navigator, Pilot, Commander, and Engineer and work together to safely man their mission. With plenty of twists and big action thrills along the way, Mission: SPACE is the perfect attraction for any guest that dreams of blasting off into space. Since Mission: SPACE can be particularly intense with many G Forces, guests are given the opportunity to ride the full intensity Orange Team (take a mission to Mars) or participate with the less intense Green Team (orbit the beautiful Earth).

5. Frozen Ever After

World Showcase in Epcot is home to eleven different countries from around the world which each feature amazing history, culture, architecture, dining, and entertainment. In addition to these amazing experiences, several pavilions feature attractions which aim to help further bring that country to life for guests. The Norway Pavilion is home to one of the most popular attractions in Epcot which dives into the mega popular Disney animated film Frozen. Frozen Ever After invites guests to board boats and set sail for Arendelle where they are having a summer celebration. Along the way guests can enjoy seeing amazing audio-animatronics of favorite characters like Anna, Elsa, and Olaf as well as hearing the crowd pleasing song “Let It Go.”

6. The American Adventure

The America Pavilion is the host pavilion of World Showcase and it is home to an amazing attraction which takes a look at the history of the American people. The American Adventure is a wonderful celebration of the country’s people taking an in depth look at their struggles and triumphs from the earliest times to present day. Combining a beautiful musical score, artwork, audio-animatronics, and a narration by Benjamin Franklin and Mark Twain, the American Adventure is an attraction that certainly can’t be missed in Epcot!
