Top Quick-Service Restaurants Currently Open at Walt Disney World

While things are slowly returning to normal in Walt Disney World, some things remain impacted by certain restrictions including dining locations and experiences. Thankfully, there are hundreds of dining options throughout the Disney Parks, Disney Resorts, and Disney Springs that guests can rely on for delicious menu options for every meal of the day. Many of the locations that are currently open are quick service options that offer up wonderful food options with the luxury of fast preparation and enjoyment, leaving guests more time to explore and experience all that the property has to offer. Here are some of the top quick service restaurants that are currently open in Walt Disney World for guests to enjoy each day.

1. Satu’li Canteen

Pandora – The World of Avatar in Disney’s Animal Kingdom is incredibly popular with guests thanks to its popular attractions and a great dining location that serves up customizable menu options that guests love. Satu’li Canteen is a quick service location that is open for lunch and dinner and was once a mess hall for the RDA that has been taken over by Alpha Centauri Expeditions. The dining area is intricately themed with artwork and cultural items from the Na’vi and helps to tell the story about how the area is slowly being given back to nature after the RDA’s destruction. Guests who dine at Satu’li Canteen for lunch and dinner can choose between Grilled Beef, Wood-Grilled Chicken, and Shrimp Bowls and customize their orders with a choice of base and sauce. In addition, guests can enjoy other menu options such as Cheeseburger Steamed Pods and Blueberry Cream Cheese Mousse.

2. Capt. Cook’s

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is beloved by many guests thanks to the perfect combination of tropical culture and wonderful dining. Capt. Cook’s is one of the Disney Resort’s popular quick service dining locations and it is situated on the lower level of the Great Ceremonial House. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Capt. Cook’s serves up classic options that have been infused with tropical flavors and ingredients that guests can then enjoy in an indoor seating area or an outdoor patio that overlooks the Lava Pool and Seven Seas Lagoon. Some popular menu options at Capt. Cook’s include Tonga Toast, Breakfast Burrito, Mickey Waffles, Thai Coconut Meatballs, Aloha Pork Sandwich, Pulled Pork Nachos, Asian-Style Noodle Sandwich, and Chicken Wings.

3. Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is one of the most immersive areas in all of Walt Disney World and while exploring the planet of Batuu, guests can enjoy a great quick service location that also features an immersive backstory. Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo is run by Chef Strono “Cookie” Tuggs who has assembled flavors and ingredients from many different galaxies and offers them from a docked food freighter for lunch and dinner daily. Guests who dine at the quick service location can enjoy their meals inside of the large hangar area or opt for the outdoor patio that is immersed in the local marketplace. Menu items at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo include Smoked Kaadu Pork Ribs, Endorian Fried Chicken Tip Yip, Roasted Endorian Chicken Salad, and Batuuan Beef Pot Roast.

4. Flame Tree Barbecue

One of the most popular quick service dining options in all of Walt Disney World can be found on Discovery Island in Disney’s Animal Kingdom and is open daily for lunch and dinner. Flame Tree Barbecue serves up mouthwatering barbecue options that guests can order at a walk up counter and then enjoy behind the location on a quiet and large patio. While the outdoor dining is wonderful, guests are sure to further enjoy the beautiful water views and Expedition Everest looming in the distance. Guests who dine at Flame Tree Barbecue definitely need to bring their appetites and can choose from options such as St, Louis Rib Dinner, Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich, Smokehouse Chicken Salad, Baked Macaroni & Cheese with Pulled Pork, ½ Chicken, and Onion Ring Basket. The restaurant also features extensive allergy friendly options as well as inventive and indulgent cocktails.

5. La Cantina de San Angel

The Mexico Pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase is home to several very popular eateries including the quick service La Cantina de Sn Angel. Featuring an open air patio situated right on the shore of World Showcase Lagoon, the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and pairs Mexican classics with stunning views, especially at night where there are fireworks. Guests can order up menu items such as Tacos de Barbacoa, Tacos de Pescado, Nachos, Empanadas con Queso, Guacamole with Totopos, Fried Plantains, and Churros. In addition to the delicious food options, guests who dine at San Angel de San Angel can also indulge in specialty beverages such as Mexican Sangria, Lime Frozen Margarita, Blood Orange Margarita on the Rocks, and Mango Frozen Margarita.

6. Morimoto Asia Street Food

Disney Springs is home to some of the most popular eateries in all of Walt Disney World, including Morimoto Asia Street Food, a quick service restaurant that serves up big flavors. The restaurant is run by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto and is a great option for guests who want to enjoy his cuisine without committing to a full service meal at Morimoto Asia. Morimoto Asia Street Food features a menu of Pan-Asian street foods with big flavors and international flavors for lunch and dinner. Guests can enjoy menu options including Morimoto Baby Ribs, Ginger Chicken Ramen, Takoyaki, Pork Egg Roll, and Spicy Kimchi Ramen in addition to specialty alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

7. The Polite Pig

Also found in Disney Springs is a quick service restaurant in the Town Center area that serves up delicious modern barbecue options inspired by the regional cuisine of Florida. The Polite Pig draws on barbecue classics such as metal trays lined with paper and then topped with indulgent menu options such as Burnt Ends BBQ Meatballs, Chipotle Cobb Salad, Smoked Turkey BLT, Low & Slow Brisket, Smoked Chicken Salad, and Fried Chicken. Guests can also pair their meat options with traditional sides such as Mac and Cheese, Southern Potato Salad, Sweet Potato Tots, Polite Baked Beans, and Grilled Street Corn. The Polite Pig also features an extensive drink menu with many on tap options for guests to sip on as they enjoy the atmosphere and their food.

8. Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue

Guests who love barbecue can also enjoy another quick service location that is currently open in the America Pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase. Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue is a patriotic establishment run by Sam Eagle from the Muppets and the location welcomes guests in to dine for lunch and dinner on American barbecue classics. With plenty of exposed brick, wooden accents, and subtle Muppet touches, guests love taking in the atmosphere while eating menu options such as Kansas City Smoked Half-Chicken, Memphis Dry-Rub Pork Ribs, North Carolina Chopped Smoked Pork Butt Platter, Sliced Texas Beef Brisket Sandwich, and BBQ Burger. Guests can also enjoy four house-made sauces to accompany their meats- Blue Ribbon Brisket Sauce, Sizzlin’ Pit Dry Rub Coalition, Old Glory Mustard Guild, and Blue Ridge Vinegar League.

9. Woody’s Lunch Box

Woody’s Lunch Box in the Toy Story Land area of Disney’s Hollywood Studios serves up American classics in a unique setting that guests love. With a small ordering counter and tables and chairs that mimic larger than life Babybel Cheeses, Woody’s Lunch Box truly makes guests feel as though they are part of the toy family in Andy’s backyard. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, guests can choose from menu items such as Breakfast Bowl, Smoked Turkey Sandwich, Grilled Three-Cheese Sandwich, “Totchos,” and BBQ Brisket Melt. Woody’s Lunch Box also serves the popular Lunch Box Treats including Chocolate-Hazelnut, Lemon-Blueberry, and Raspberry flavors.

10. Sunshine Seasons

One of the best quick service options in all of Walt Disney World can be found on the lower level of The Land Pavilion in Epcot’s Future World, and is popular with many guests thanks to its multiple food stations. Sunshine Seasons is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day and serves up different types of fresh flavors and cuisines at different ordering stations, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy. Many menu offerings at Sunshine Seasons also incorporate fresh fruits and vegetables that were grown right there in The Land Pavilion, making them as fresh as possible. Popular menu items at Sunshine Seasons include Stir-Fried Chicken, Cheese Flatbread, Bacon Cheeseburger, Oak-Grilled Salmon, Power Salad with Chicken, and Oak-Grilled Rotisserie Chicken.

11. Sleepy Hollow – Sleepy Hollow is a quick service location in the Magic Kingdom found just inside of Liberty Square after guests cross the bridge from the castle hub. The location is open for all three meals each day and features a classic brick building with an ordering counter, outdoor patio, and stunning views of Cinderella Castle. Guests who stop at Sleepy Hollow for a quick service meal can indulge in decadent menu items such as the Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich, Funnel Cake with Strawberries and Powdered Sugar, Hand-Dipped Corn Dog, and Sweet-and-Spicy Chicken Waffle Sandwich. Such unique options make Sleepy Hollow a great quick service option in the Magic Kingdom!
