Walt Disney World has so many incredible different dining options. There are so many different choices for tastes and even dietary restrictions. One of the newest restaurants at EPCOT is Space 220 Restaurant and Space 220 Lounge.
It is a prix fixe meal, and for lunch, you can order an appetizer and entree, but for dinner, you can order an appetizer, entree, and dessert. It is all one price. Of course, dinner costs more since it includes a delicious dessert.
While this meal is delicious, one of the unique things about this restaurant is the trading cards. You can get a closed pack of cards, and you don’t know what you’re getting. Some of them are much rarer than others. Thomas Smith shared more with Disney Parks Blog.
If you haven’t heard, the majesty and mystery of the cosmos are coming to life in a special way at Space 220 at EPCOT with a series of awe-inspiring collectible trading cards!
The limited-edition collectible cards were developed exclusively for the Space 220 restaurant and feature beautiful artwork and space-themed facts that encourage curiosity about space exploration and inspire the next generation of astronauts, engineers and physicists. Today, we’re sharing a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of these unique collectibles.
Space 220 Trading Cards are available with the purchase of any zero proof (non-alcoholic) cocktail or children’s meal and each card pack contains five cards pulled from a limited-release series. Cards in each series feature either Space Trivia, Food in Space Trivia, or Space Technology and may include a rare Tech-Specs card that gives an inside look at current and future space technologies.
We’re also excited to share that recently released trading cards featuring Venus, Earth and Mercury are just the beginning of this inspiring series. There are plans for more planetary-themed collections on the horizon at Space 220.
