When do you plan your annual trip to the Walt Disney World Resort? If you need inspiration for when to plan your next trip, look no further than fall! Autumn at Disney World comes with some of the best special events, slightly cooler temperatures if you are used to spending the summer in Orlando, and the ultimate festivities for Disney foodies.
Along with Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT and its adjacent Resort area is the place to be each fall. The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival takes place each year, bringing with it outdoor kitchens, a live music, series, exclusive merchandise, and more. But did you know there is another food festival just steps away, and some Disney fans even prefer it to EPCOT’s?

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort hosts its annual Food & Wine Classic Friday, November 10 and Saturday, November 11, 2023, bringing with it a packed weekend of events with bottomless wine, beer, and beverage tastings, interactive seminars, a vibrant street party with live music, and something we admittedly wish we could experience at EPCOT’s festival: unlimited tastings.
The event showcases delicious food and beverages from the Resort’s lineup of restaurants, offering something for every taste with plenty of opportunities to try something new. This year’s Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic will also feature the Resort’s newest restaurant, Rosa Mexicano, for the first time.

One of the highlights of the annual event is the VIP Champagne and Dessert Party, which is the perfect evening event to take place in the EPCOT Resort Area as Guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Park’s fireworks all while enjoying expertly paired sparkling wine and dessert pairings.
While Disney has not yet announced the dates for this year’s EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, this event at the Swan and Dolphin Resort typically coincides with it, so you can plan the ultimate foodie weekend by visiting EPCOT before or after this event. (For reference, last year’s EPCOT Food & Wine Festival ran from July 14-November 19, 2022.

Tickets to this year’s event are available now on SwanDolphinFoodAndWineClassic.com, starting at $185 per person for Causeway event tickets, with additional options available for certain extras.
Can’t make it to the event? The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is also a year-round destination for foodies with 23 restaurants and lounges on the property (including some of my personal favorite restaurants, like Il Mulino, which in my opinion, serves up the best pasta at Disney.)
