Disney Parks Blog will once again livestream ‘Fantasy in the Sky Fireworks’. The show will begin at 11:48 P.M., Eastern time. (If you’re at the Magic Kingdom, Disney Enchantment will run at 6:30 P.M.)Here are the details, from Thomas Smith and Disney Parks Blog:

It’s hard to believe 2021 is already coming to an end, and what a year it’s been! We know many of you at home can’t join us in-person for New Year’s Eve this year, but we didn’t want that to stand in the way of you ringing in the new year with some Disney magic. So we’re bringing our festive countdown fireworks straight to everyone with a LIVE broadcast of the New Year’s Eve “Fantasy in the Sky” fireworks beginning Friday, Dec. 31 at 11:48 p.m., ET.

Our live stream of the spectacular “Fantasy in the Sky” at Magic Kingdom Park will feature a variety of breathtaking views of the festive fireworks.  See the sky sparkle above Cinderella Castle to music from favorite Disney films and other fun tunes from popular attractions.

We have continued to carefully manage our theme park attendance through the Disney Park Pass Reservation system, and that practice continues for the New Year’s Eve holiday. Since so many cannot be here for the display, we hope people worldwide will join us virtually to count down to the start of 2022 with a delightful dose of Disney magic for the entire family.  Be sure to check the front of the Disney Parks Blog for the live stream  – Happy New Year!

About Paula K

I grew up in Western Massachusetts. When I was nine my family went to Disneyland and I was hooked. I grew up, attended New England College in Henniker, NH and eventually moved to Virginia. I worked as a disc jockey, married and became a full time mom when our daughter was born. Fast forward several years. In 2010 we moved to Central Florida and my Disney obsession grew. I now work as a freelance writer and spend my spare time in the parks. Under the name Paula Brown I penned the novels Dream Wanderers and The Coffee Cruiser. I also am a co-author of Dining at Walt Disney World: The Definitive Guide. I'm obsessed with Star Wars, so this is a good time to live in Central Florida. I've been a vegetarian for well over a decade, a choice that my daughter eventually made as well. While my husband still hasn't joined us fully he has given up most meats except for seafood. I was relieved to find that vegetarian dining is not difficult at Walt Disney World.
