1. Be Our Guest

For a classic Disney date night experience, look no further than Fantasyland. Be Our Guest Restaurant may not be the easiest dinner reservation to acquire, but if you can it is well worth it. This dinner provides relatively upscale (yet safe for picky eaters) cuisine, and a meet and greet with the Beast himself all in a stunning setting within various rooms of his castle. If you can’t find a reservation, don’t give up trying. Other guests cancel all the time, especially as their dinner approaches and their plans change, so it never hurts to look for an opening.

2. Coral Reef Restaurant

Coral Reef Restaurant is one of the most underrated restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resort. This hideaway in Epcot’s Future World offers delicious seafood alongside chicken, salad, and more with sweeping views of the aquarium from The Seas with Nemo and Friends. It’s one of the most unique dining experiences in Disney, and something you likely won’t find anywhere else.

3. The Hollywood Brown Derby

In Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you can plan a date night straight out of Old Hollywood at The Hollywood Brown Derby. Based on the original restaurant in Hollywood (where the cobb salad was invented) the decor and theming are spot on and your date night will feel truly immersive. Moreover, the signature restaurant status means upscale dishes like filet mignon to accompany your cobb salad. For an even better date night, book this restaurant as part of your Fantasmic dinner package and enjoy a pre-fixe meal with reserved seating of the show.

4. Yak & Yeti

Disney’s Animal Kingdom has lots of unique dining options, but for a casual date out in the park that is as relaxed as the rest of the park grab dinner at Yak & Yeti. The Asian-inspired menu features a little bit of everything, and the restaurant’s decor is one of the most detailed that you’ll find anywhere in Disney.

5. Victoria and Albert’s

You may want to save this one for special occasions, especially considering the upwards of $200/person price tag. Victoria and Albert’s is an AAA Five Diamond restaurant located in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. The menu is customized by the chef, and it’s the most luxurious dining experience on Disney property. And you can even up the experience even more by dining at the chef’s table in view of the kitchen with 10 courses custom-made by the chef.

6. California Grill

One of the best date nights at the Walt Disney World Resort can be had high atop Disney’s Contemporary Resort. California Grill’s menu features updated American cuisine, with each course offering something unique and delicious. The main feature here however is the view of the Magic Kingdom, which includes one of the best views available of Cinderella’s castle and if you time it right, the fireworks.

7. Yachtsman Steakhouse

Looking for a luxurious dining experience without the price tag of Victoria and Albert’s? Disney’s Yacht Club is home to the Yachtsman Steakhouse, which allows guests to select their own cut of steak and order off an extensive wine list. The classic upscale steakhouse interior coupled with the menu options make for a special occasion date night that can be under $100/person based on what you order, making this a more cost-effective alternative.

8. Beaches and Cream

One of the best values for a table service restaurant at the Walt Disney World Resort is Beaches and Cream located at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. This old-time eatery serves up burgers and patty melts, alongside shakes and soda floats but the ice cream is the true star here. If you’re up for it, you can attempt to split the Kitchen Sink, but if that sounds like too much ice cream for two there is a whole menu of individual sundaes as well.

9. The Boathouse

The Boathouse in Disney Springs serves some of the best seafood at the Walt Disney World Resort with gorgeous water views. The extensive menu and specialty cocktails are only part of what makes this experience so special however. For the ultimate date night, take a tour of Disney Springs via Amphicar. The Boathouse is the only place in the world that offers Amphicar rides to the public, and it can easily make for one of the best date night experiences.

10. Splitsville Luxury Lanes

For a classic date night with a fancier twist, visit Splitsville Luxury Lanes. You can spend the evening bowling or listening to live music, and the menu is much more than you’d expect from a typical bowling alley. Order anything from sushi to burgers, or spend some time people-watching at the outdoor bar.
